A cold rolling mill generally requires 3 different cold rolls: a working roll, an intermediate roll and a supporting roll. We are able to produce cold rolls in different sizes and out of a variety of raw materials, including Cr12MoV, D2(SKD11), Cr12, 9Cr2Mo, GCr15, 40Cr and #45 steel, allowing customers to choose the best material to suit their needs based on actual working conditions.

The hardness is HRC58-62, and the forging ratio is either 1:4 or 1:5.
